Asian Salmon

Asian Salmon on a bed of spinach & steamed rice.

Time: 15-20 min
Level: Beginner
Taste: Yummy!!!

4 pieces of salmon fillet
1 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
4 tablespoons of good olive oil
2 cloves of minced garlic

Preheat oven to 400

Whisk mustard, soy sauce, olive oil and garlic together in a small bowl.  Pour marinade over salmon and let sit for 30-45 minutes in the refrigerator.  Place salmon in oven for 8-9 minutes.  Once salmon has cooked,  turn oven to broil and broil salmon 2-3 minutes to add a beautiful color to the fish.

Knives

A chef's knife is a multi-purpose knife designed to perform well at many different tasks.  It can be used for chopping, slicing, and dicing.

This is the knife I own and I love it...  It is a Shun Chef's Knife.
